A possible internship opportunity for you could be at an international NGO promoting entrepreneurship for secondary school students. This NGO aims to prepare young people for their life after school by increasing their awareness of economic issues, teaching them entrepreneurial skills, providing them with an understanding of the business world and enhancing their sense of personal responsibility. The approach is learning through practical business experience.The NGO is run by volunteers, mostly former participants of its programs. Volunteers are trained to become a facilitator of student groups. If you have a passion for enterprise education and youth issues, this might be your chance. It is of course possible to combine the facilitation of different groups as most of them take place once a week for few hours. Besides involvement in the student programs you can help set up new projects within the organization and help with daily matters. Duration of the internship depends on the requirements of the student. An allowance for transport costs is available.
