Welcome to this XS21World newsletter. In this newsletter you will find reports of what has happened since the last Winter Camp ended in January.

2008 has been the year of reflection and new ideas. After two rounds of exchanges, we felt it was time to take a step back and look back at what we had created. When we had done that, it was time to look ahead, and dream. What was the ideal situation for XS21World? What kind of projects, people, and places would we like to work with and for?
